Returns We think you'll be happy with your purchase but in case you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward as possible for you. That's why we offer a 14 days no-fuss returns policy - and that's 14 days from when you received the order. All you have to do is return the item/s to us or we can arrange this on your behalf, normally within 5-7 days at a cost of £49.95. If the item has been kept in its original, packaged condition, we will offer a full refund or a replacement if preferred.
