With the huge number of appliance retailers available online, choosing the right supplier for your appliance requirements can seem daunting. So who do you choose? We have listed below some of the reasons that set us apart
We are currently in our 23rd year of business within the kitchen industry. We began as a kitchen design studio and then moved purely into the appliance market 6 years ago. Our original experience as a supplier of high end kitchens means that we have a fantastic understanding of our customers appliance needs, excellent trend analysis and solid technical understanding.

We invest heavily in our staff, our technology and our infrastructure. Our business model has led to phenomenal but sustainable growth.
Showcasing all of our products would be impossible, however in the last year we have recently opened our much larger showroom in Swindon. We have over 200 items on show with 8 fully working kitchens allowing our customers the rare opportunity to try before they buy.

Our showroom is open Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays, 9am to 4pm, we look forward to seeing you.
Our staff are one of our best assets. Our sales team are all regularly sent on manufacturer training to ensure they have the best and most up-to-date product knowledge available. Our drivers work directly for us and us alone, our administration team liase closely with our manufacturers, the buying team constantly monitor trends and competitor pricing to ensure we remain at the top of our industry and our IT division work constantly on streamlining our processes.

As one of the largest independant online appliance retailers, we continue to offer highly competitive prices by managing our own logistics. In 95% of cases, we do not use manufacturer transport, instead the goods are delivered by our own delivery teams from our warehouse in Swindon. We generally hold over £500,000 worth of stock in our warehouse, allowing us to fulfill orders when manufacturers have themselves run out of stock.

In addition, as our drivers work only for us, we maintain much tighter control. Instead of offering a 8-6 delivery time schedule, we are often able to predict to within 3 hours when a driver will be with you (factors permitting) and can call you to advise when the item will be with you. Perfect if you work a short way from home so preventing you from taking an entire day off work!
