I want to say how splendid your van driver was this morning. He discovered, by trying, that the larger of the two ovens he was deliverying would not go through my back gate, so we could not put it as I had planned in my garden shed. He had to maneurvre the trolly with the oven all the way back round to my front gate (round other houses) and then managed to get it througn my small front door and negotiate a very tight corner into my sitting room. All this he did with a very good grace and absolutely no complaint and I am extremely grateful. I feel you should know this.
As I do not hesitate to complain if I am dissatisfied I think it only right that excellent service should be recognised and thanked. Yours sincerely,

The Appliance World people I talked to answered my questions about availability, price and delivery very quickly and professionally, and I placed my order.

Just writing to say thank you very much for your company’s service and quick delivery on my Fisher Paykel hob that I ordered with you, I wish I had found your company earlier, before we moved to the above address to purchase other products, but your company will be the first from now on, and I shall be recommending friends visit your web site first before buying any appliance.
The only downfall was we have only just received the acknowledgement order today (9/11/10), 1 week after getting the product. On Friday I received (well ahead of schedule) my brand new AEG Cooker and I would like to express my thanks for the excellent service from start to finish. From the logistics courier who was on time and very helpful, down to the service from Appliance-World in Swindon.

I especially would like to thank your delivery driver, as he was exceptionally helpful, in somewhat less than ideal conditions....
As he arrived the heavens opened; that really heavy, soaking rain. As it was a single man drop (something we should have read from the T&C's), my wife called me at work and he waited while I made the 5 minute dash back home to
help. We then realised neither appliance would fit through the access without moving a bookcase and removing the external packaging from one of the appliances (he explained that any damage was at my risk once the packaging was removed - which I fully accepted). Having helped empty and move the bookcase, he proceeded to manoeuvre both appliances into position, with great care to our newly laid floor and the wet conditions. He was helpful and courteous throughout, and when I offered a tip for his extended troubles he declined and asked I buy my Son something with it.
This type of professional and gracious service is why we will be sure to come back to you for our future appliances.
Please pass my sincere thanks on to all involved in the ordering and delivery process, but especially our delivery driver, for making what could have ended up as a very bad day, so much easier.
Just to say thank you for the service I received on the above order. The queries that I made to you were answered quickly by e-mail or phone keeping me in touch with what was happening.
Delivery may have taken a little longer than one would have liked, but as you were waiting on the supplier there was little you could do about it. Once you had received the final item of the order delivery was made in 24 hours, great service.

"From the first time I sent an email to ask questions about buying 4 appliance to the finish of all transactions I have nothing but praise for the Company. The Driver Scott Mackensie who delivered the goods and then had to collect a faulty appliance was a complete ambassador for the company and nothing was too much trouble. When a time and date was given for delivery and pick up the details were kept to and Scott was early one morning but was prepared to wait. After service from Customer Service Dept and inparticularly Lydia was so slick and one was kept fully informed.
