Sales Consultants

Reports to: Sales Manager
Works within: Sales and Support Team
Location: Appliance World, Hobley Drive, Stratton, Swindon, SN3 4NS

Role specification

Imagine selling to customers who are so sure what they need they provide you with the model code of the products they want? 1000's of our customers are like this, highly informed and moments from handing you their payment details. All you need to do is make sure that they are purchasing the right thing for their needs, have all the accessories they require and haven't missed one of our infamous special deals. It's not really selling, its opportunity identification and for the right people, its a doddle!

If you have electrical appliance retailing experience, then that's fantastic but any retail background will suffice. You'll need to be confident, approachable and friendly with an ability to pick up our in-house technology and hopefully a basic understanding of MS Office.
We offer a family friendly retail working policy which means you won't work on Sundays or Bank Holidays and only alternate Saturdays.
