Appliance World operates a team of delivery drivers from our appliance warehouse. Read on to find out a bit more about how we'll get your appliances to you.

Please Note: For postcodes outside of our free delivery area, we need to send the item via courier and a surcharge will apply. These postcodes are shown on the map to the left. You can also enter your postcode at the shopping basket and it will confirm if you qualify for free delivery.

When can you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made within 10-14 working days of ordering - although we can normally deliver much quicker than this if the item is in stock. Depending on your delivery area, we can tailor your delivery to a specific time slot: either 7am-1pm, or 12pm-5pm. Please ask for details.

Who will deliver?

Delivery will be made by one of our highly-trained delivery drivers. As deliveries are only ever made by one man, some assistance may be required on-site for any item that exceeds health & safety guidelines (such as range cookers, fridge freezers, washing machines etc).

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to almost anywhere in the UK mainland. The vast majority of deliveries will be made by our logistics team but for certain areas we use our trusted 3rd party courier. We welcome International customers and can deliver to a mainland port or harbour to allow you to arrange collection & delivery to your own country.

What if I need to change anything?

Just let us know and we’ll try our very best to accommodate you! Please call our logistics department on 01793 538229 or contact us.

Returns information 

You've got 14 days to change your mind. We'll give you a full refund or replacement if your appliances are in perfect condition. All you need to do is simply send the appliances back to us or arrange for us to collect the returned items at a cost of £49.95. Refunds will be processed within 30 days or sooner.
