When you place your order we take full payment for the goods unless otherwise requested. We are happy to accept a deposit of at least 20%, with the balance to be paid prior to dispatch. There will be no contract of any kind until payment for the goods is authorised by your bank or credit card insurer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order.

Credit Card Security
For your protection, delivery should be to the address to where the credit card is billed. If there is a genuine reason for delivering to a different address please advise us in writing. We will need to see proof of your connection to the delivery address. It is important that you inform your credit card company that you are ordering goods for delivery to a different address than the invoice address.

Delivery is free for orders over £250 although an additional postcode surcharge may apply for certain areas of Mainland UK. Delivery charges where applicable will be quoted and acknowledged by email or in writing. Delivery will be made by 1 man and help on site will be required for range cookers, fridge-freezers, washing machines, washer-dryers and any other item that is outside health and safety guide lines. Due to insurance restrictions deliveries can only be to the ground floor. Please let us know of any problematic aspects of delivery, ie: steps, narrow door ways, soft path ways, road access. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where, in our reasonable opinion, it would put our drivers at risk. An example of such a situation would be where a driver is requested to carry a heavy range cooker over part of a building site.

If a failed delivery occurs, which is not attributable to the company, a charge of up to £60 will be made for a subsequent delivery.

In order to assist you, we recommend that you report any damage or faults as quickly as possible. If there is a subsequent problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. If you keep the goods for too long before making a complaint you may lose some of your rights.

All appliances have a full manufacturer's warranty which is 1 year unless otherwise stated. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the sale of goods act relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Extended warranties may be subject to registration with the manufacturer, which often must be done within a certain time period, for e.g. within 30 days of purchase.
Please be aware that any domestic products purchased and installed in commercial settings will have their warranties made null and void.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, by the same method used for the purchase.
